Hi, I'm Bob Hunt for the Travel Hammock The most light weight compact portable hammock around Now, every hammock has it's own unique qualities This is the parachute nylon hammock It holds up to 400 pounds, only weighs about 12 ounces, but every hammock comes with two nylon cords preknotted to hang your S hooks on and they are so easy to set up You can literally take these hiking with you, backpacking, keep it in the back of your car Anytime you want to rest your feet, take a nap or lounge around, the travel hammock is the way to go check this out Alright, so we are ready to start hanging our hammock and uh, it comes with two 10 foot pieces of rope preknotted Basically,it's jsut a rope that's folded in half and preknotted all the way down so that you can hold your S hooks in there and get a good grip So this is one of our trees I like to start about head high You can always adjust these, which is nice So you just take the round part right here and you wrap it around the tree and you grab one of the knots at the end and loop it through thatthat loop and pull on it and kinda aim that thang and give it a good tug, but kinda aim that thing so it's right there at your other tree And youjsut do the same for the other tree and you're good to go Ok, so you've got your ropes up on your trees and you're ready to hang your hammock Uh, the UL Hammock,like most hammocks, comes S rings and those at to put on your ropes and to hang the hammock And it goes like this - You got your S ring in here and what's really cool about the Travel Hammock is the bag the hammock comes in actually stays attached to the hammock so that you'll never use that bag And then what you do is simple take your other S hook, attach it to that knot and check it out We're ready to chill out and either rest our feet, take a nap or what have you Sure beats the ground
